About the Writer

Hello!

My name is Luke Yun. I am currently an undergraduate biomedical engineering student at the University of Texas at Austin and an AI researcher at Harvard Medical School and University of Oxford. I have previously worked at Pfizer, Merck, and a pharmaceutical start-up as well. Check out my Linkedin for more.

I started this blog/newsletter because I read research papers about health AI every morning and decided that I wanted other people to see the amazing work that goes on in the field as well. Many researchers spill their blood, sweat, and tears to push the barriers of science but unfortunately sometimes never get any publicity. I want to shed light on their hard work through this blog.

A lot of my professional interests can be categorized into marketing, medicine, and technology. More specifically, I enjoy learning about quantum mechanics, artificial intelligence, and oncology. In my free time, I love playing golf, watching football, and playing soccer. Feel free to reach out!
